30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Percutaneous intervention therapy, with intraoperative use of intravascular imaging equipment (IVUS/OCT) for evaluation assistance; 2. Severe calcification of plaques, IVUS calcification score IV, OCT calcification score 4 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No stent placement surgery was applied after plaque modification (including drug coated balloons and plaque modification for previous stent restenosis); 2. The plaque modification process did not involve the use of plaque grinding technique and reached the plaque modification endpoint after the use of the first grinding head; 3. Apply other plaque modification techniques (spinous process balloon, non compliant balloon, cutting balloon)
