30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 30–80 years; 2. Patients who were diagnosed with heart failure based on the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association guidelines ; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II–IV; 4. Patients With TSH >4.5mIU/L and normal FT4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute decompensation heart failure. 2. Patients receiving levothyroxine therapy in the past three months. 4. Patients with cancer. 5. Patients with overt hypothyroidism or low T3 syndrome.
