18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal age >=18 years old, no communication barriers; 2. Vaginal delivery; 3. Gestational age 37 to 42 weeks; 4. Maternal voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Predict newborn weight 4000 g; 2.The fetal umbilical cord wraps around the neck > 2 weeks; 3.Communication disorders or mental illness (including a history of mental disorders); 4.Multiple pregnancy; 5.Neonatal malformation; 6.The puerpera had serious complications.
