Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who meet the diagnostic criteria for GDM by performing 75g OGTT at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022)" in the obstetrics department of the regular obstetric checkups, and whose glucose thresholds at fasting, 1h and 2h after oral glucose intake are 5.1, 10.0, and 8.5 mmol/L, respectively, and whose glucose value reaches or exceeds the above criteria at any one of these points in time; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. Those who have good verbal communication and comprehension skills, and have no conscious impairment; 4. Can have regular and regular obstetric examination; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With heart, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal and nutritional diseases, thyroid diseases, etc.; 2. Accompanied by acute and chronic infectious diseases such as urinary system infectious diseases, digestive system infectious diseases, respiratory system infectious diseases; 3. Pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus combined with pregnancy, pre-diabetes; 4. Those who are completely unable to eat by mouth (those who receive total enteral nutrition); 5. Those who have severe pregnancy reactions and are unable to eat regularly; 6. Those with twin or multiple pregnancies; 7. Combined cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder or unwillingness to co-operate.
