Healthy subjects group:Stimulate the left auxiliary motor area first, and then immediately stimulate the left primary motor cortex
After a one week washout period, false stimulation of the left auxiliary motor area was given, followed by immediate real stimulation of the left primary motor cortex.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Physical fitness, no major diseases and no brain diseases, sound limbs, right-handedness, gender is not limited (2) Aged 18–70 years old (3) Voluntarily participate in this research project and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from neurological and psychiatric disorders (2) Have a history or family history of seizures or are taking medication that lowers the seizure threshold or anti-seizure medication. (3) Have a metallic foreign body in the skull, face, upper neck, or cochlear implants in the ears. (4) Have a pacemaker or related medical pump, etc. (5) Recently experienced severe or frequent headaches (6) Alcohol or drug addiction (7) Female subjects who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or at risk of becoming pregnant (8) Recent participation or ongoing participation in other studies involving or not involving iTBS or rTMS interventions
