Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria to be enrolled in the study: (1) The subjects voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent; (2) Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Patients or suspected patients who need to improve high-resolution esophageal manometry due to various etiologies and meet the indications of esophageal manometry can be included in the diagnosis of esophageal motility disorders by selecting one of the following: (1) unexplained dysphagia, non-cardiogenic chest pain and other symptoms; (2) Suspected achalasia of the cardia, distal esophageal spasm, high pressure of the esophageal body such as Jackhammer's esophagus; ? Suspected non-specific esophageal motility disorder; (4) Suspected systemic disease with esophageal symptoms, such as systemic sclerosis, diabetes, chronic idiopathic pseudoileus. (4) Probe into the causes of refractory GERD. (5) Preoperative evaluation of diseases such as GERD and achalasia. (6) Evaluation of the efficacy of dynamic disorders. (7) Any other conditions that require understanding and evaluation of esophageal and cardiac motility. (8) Location of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) before pH monitoring or PH-impedance monitoring. (9) Normal people who volunteered to understand esophageal dynamics through esophageal manometry. (10) Able to communicate well with researchers and comply with test requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The nasopharynx or upper esophagus is diagnosed with obstruction; (2) Confirmation (or suspicion) of varicose veins in the esophagus based on gastroscopy, clinical imaging, or other examinations; (3) Patients with severe esophagitis confirmed by gastroscopy or other examinations (LA-C or LA-D); (4) diagnosed (or suspected) with severe esophageal motility disorder; (5) Based on clinical imaging or other examinations, it is confirmed (or suspected) that the patient has congenital digestive tract malformation, gastrointestinal obstruction, digestive tract perforation, stenosis or fistula; (6) Patients who have recently undergone gastric surgery; (7) Bleeding tendency, gastrointestinal bleeding and long-term use of anticoagulant drugs in the past six months; (8) Unstable heart disease; (9) having a pacemaker or other medical device in the body; (10) Pregnant and lactating women; (11) all kinds of acute enteritis, severe ischemic diseases and radiation colitis, such as the active stage of bacillary dysentery, ulcerative colitis acute stage, especially fulminant; (12) Persons with mental illness; (13) Patients with a history of allergy to polymer materials; (14) Patients who cannot cooperate.
