Interventions

Observers:Use the improved laryngeal mask developed by our research group for ventilation
control group:Use a nasal catheter for high-flow oxygen therapy, with an oxygen flow rate of 5L/min

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Require gastroscopy or treatment; 2) Age 18-65 years old; 3) Obese patients, BMI = 30kg/m2; 4) With the informed consent of the patient or family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease who have been assessed as difficult to tolerate anesthesia or surgery; 2) Individuals with allergies to anesthetic drugs; 3) Gastrointestinal obstruction and retention of gastric contents.
