Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria ?ASA grade ?-?; ? Age of 18-65 years old; ?BMI 18.5-25 kg/m2; ? gender is not limited; ? The vital signs of patients were stable and conscious before operation; ? no history of alcohol and analgesic drug abuse; ? no history of drug allergy; ? No communication disorder or mental disorder; ? No infection at the puncture site.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1) BMI> 25 kg/m2; ? thoracotomy; ? Severe sinus bradycardia or severe arrhythmia; (4) complicated with severe cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases; ? severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ? severe coagulation dysfunction; ? Chest wall skin infection; ? Bilateral lung surgery; ? Long-term opioid therapy for chronic pain.
