Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 3.1 Anterior circulation cerebral infarction with impaired limb motor function, and the lesion involves unilateral hemisphere; 3.2 Within 48 hours of onset; 3.3 40 to 80 years old, right-handed; 3.4 Limb muscle strength level III and Bronnstrom assessment method stage II-IV; 3.5 Patients with motor dysfunction (those with a total score of less than 50 on the Fugl Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale), Sequela of previous limb movement disorders); 3.6 Those who voluntarily participate in this research project and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 4.1 Visual and auditory defects may affect intervention, evaluation, and treatment; 4.2 Aphasia or severe cognitive impairment, making it difficult for normal communication 4.2 Patients with motor dysfunction or abnormal muscle tone before onset (MRS<2 points?) 4.3 Patients with previous trauma and bone and joint diseases that affect their function 4.4 Application of drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex in the past three months (such as antiepileptic drugs and sedative hypnotics) Medications, etc.). 4.5 Individuals with severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung disease who cannot tolerate light stimulation; 4.6 Patients diagnosed with mental illness, severe depression (with suicidal tendencies) or epilepsy, and those with a family history of mental illness or epilepsy; 4.7 Strict focus, liver, kidney diseases or infectious diseases, epilepsy or idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives Medical history and use of antiepileptic drugs; 4.8 Acute stroke in both hemispheres; 4.9 Individuals unwilling to participate in this study or unable to complete the entire study 4.10 Significant cognitive impairment (MMSE score: illiteracy<17 points, primary school level<20 points, secondary school level (including technical secondary school)<22 points, university level (including junior college)<23 points);
