Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New-onset idiopathic nephrotic syndrome patients aged 2-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Other kidney diseases include hereditary kidney disease, purpura nephritis, reflux nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, amyloidosis, and hypertensive nephropathy; (2)Suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus, idiopathic arthritis, ANCA-related vasculitis, and other autoimmune diseases; (3)Subjects cannot observe or endure the necessary inspection procedures; (4)Major mental illness or disturbance of consciousness, which researchers believe will have an impact on the treatment and follow-up of patients; (5)Patients were considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study by researchers.
