18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ESWL for pancreatic duct stones 2. The patient agrees to sign an informed consent form. 3. Age =18 and =65; 4. BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2; 5. ASA Class I-III; 6. No contraindication of laryngeal mask airway placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Assessment based on Mallampati score for those with suspected laryngeal mask insertion difficulties; 2. Risk of reflux and aspiration such as non-fasting, delayed gastric emptying, hiatus hernia, pregnancy, intestinal obstruction, acute abdomen, chest injury, severe trauma, and history of reflux of gastric contents. 3. Severe pulmonary disease, myasthenia gravis and respiratory depression. 4. Patients previously treated with ESWL 5. Severe impairment of liver and kidney function 6. Severe cerebrovascular disease; 7. Long-term use of analgesic, sedative drugs.
