60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent. 60 years = Age =95 years. Ability to participate in both cognitive and motor training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Completely incapacitated or with a serious physical illness unable to sustain activity. There are movement contraindications. Advanced malignant tumor and severe organ failure.
