Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: primary malignant tumor 2: ages ranging from 18 to 75 years 3: no preoperative treatment 4: undergoing operative diagnosis of frozen slides 5: definite postoperative diagnosis from HE stained slides

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: large folds 2: out of focus 3: incomplete clinicopathological information
