Interventions

intervention group:The patient is the main subject of postoperative pain management education. Different pain management measures are taken based on the Barthel score of the patient at different stage
(2) Encourage children to complete activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, and going to the bathroom on their own
(3) Encourage children to start activities as soon as possible, and parents can provide assistance

control group:Based on the existing work routine, the main focus is on providing pain related education to the parents.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, age?7 years old 2, ASA classification I-II grade 3, thoracic non-cardiac surgery 4, postoperative pain is managed with patient controlled analgesia pump

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, patient with cognitive or communication disorder 2, patient with chronic pain history 3, patient admitted to ICU after surgery 4, preoperative Barthel score <60 5, deny to participate
