Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The experimental subjects of this study are two populations: healthy adults and T2DM adult patients. The inclusion criteria for healthy adults are: ? fasting blood glucose 3.89-6.1mmol/L, aged between 18-65 years, regardless of gender; ? Normal cognition, able to communicate effectively, able to understand and execute instructions; ? Those who are willing and able to follow the research schedule, procedures, laboratory tests, and other relevant examinations. The inclusion criteria for T2DM patients are: ? Patients diagnosed with T2DM according to World Health Organization standards, aged between 18-65 years, regardless of gender; ? Regularly taking hypoglycemic drugs or using insulin in the past month, regularly eating three meals, stable blood sugar, and no malignant hypoglycemic events in the past week; ? Normal cognition, able to communicate effectively, able to understand and execute instructions; ? Those who are willing and able to follow the research schedule, procedures, laboratory tests, and other relevant examinations. Before the experiment, measure the basic information such as height and weight of all participants, and conduct a treadmill exercise test. All participants agree to voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for healthy adults are: ? heavy manual workers; ? Having motor system diseases, and/or contraindications to exercise; ? Eating irregularly; ? Individuals with regular exercise habits in the past year (reaching 150 minutes of moderate to high intensity physical activity per week); ? The researchers believe that the population is not suitable for inclusion in this study. The exclusion criteria for T2DM patients are: ? serious complications, such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, elevated intraocular pressure, value-added diabetes retinopathy, diabetes foot, obvious skin ulceration, diabetes nephropathy, and history of malignant tumors; ? Having motor system diseases, and/or contraindications to exercise; ? Eating irregularly; ? Individuals with regular exercise habits in the past year (reaching 150 minutes of moderate to high intensity physical activity per week); ? The researchers believe that the population is not suitable for inclusion in this study.
