Intervention group 2:End of life situation care virtual platform free training study for 5 weeks
control group:Regular unified on-site classroom training for 5 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Provide the most direct care for the elderly in a nursing home for at least 3 months; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Have good physical and mental state and cognitive ability, can read and express clearly; 4. Basic ability to use computer, smartphone and Internet; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not at the post or about to leave the post during the study period, including leave, transfer, study abroad or about to leave the post; 2. Participating in other research projects or training.
