according to the TTE monitoring indexes, the corresponding volume or/and selection of different kinds of vasoactive drugs are applied (norepinephrine, phenylephrine, ephedrine, dobutamine, etc.)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Postoperative transfer to AICU; 3.Age = 18 years; 4.not limited to gender; 5.No precordial infection, rib fractures; 6.Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor image quality, poor echogenicity; 2.Those who can't cooperate and can't communicate.
