55 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male, 55-78 years old 2) Surgical indications for benign prostatic hyperplasia 3) Preoperative urine routine examination showed no pyuria, and urine culture was negative 4) No catheterization was retained before surgery 5) Postoperative pathology confirmed BPH 6) Voluntary informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe heart, lung and brain diseases can not tolerate anesthesia and surgery 2) Complicated with bladder stone or bladder tumor 3) Diabetics with poor blood sugar control 4) The use of immunosuppressive agents
