Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Without thrombolysis or endovascular treatment, the diagnosis of cerebral infarction meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018,and the diagnosis is confirmed by CT, MRI and other imaging examinations; (2) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Informed consent was obtained from the patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe hepatic and renal failure; 2) Patients with severe immune system disorders; 3) Patients with severe hematologic disorders; 5) Patients with the combination of anemia, malignant tumors, severe infections, and severe coagulation disorders; 6) Patients who have used hormonal drugs in the last 1 month. 7) Patients with previous neurological dysfunction caused by other diseases such as epilepsy and cerebral palsy; 8) Patients with imaging showing combined cerebral hemorrhagic sex.
