Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as gallstones or gallbladder polyps, with/without acute or chronic cholecystitis, and proposed to be treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2) Patients within 18 to 75 years old; 3)Patients without previous inflammatory bowel disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) a long history of chronic abdominal pain (excluding gallbladder disease factors); 2) Patients with intraoperative changes (including laparotomy); 3) Patients who need long-term oral hormones or painkillers; 4) Patients with long-term alcohol addiction or drug addiction; 5) Patients with secondary choledochchal stones after surgery; 6) Patients with suspected postoperative bile duct injury and biliary fistula;
