Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-80 years old, either gender; The clinician found arthritis in at least one of the hand joint by physical examination; Complied with the rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2010; or complied with the psoriasis classification criteria established by the International Psoriatic Arthritis Classification Research Group (CASPAR) in 2006; or complied with the osteoarthritis classification criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1990; presence of hand arthritis that does not meet the above classification criteria is classified as undifferentiated arthritis; Good compliance and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Local trauma to either hand; Active infection is present in either hand; Either hand is now partially bandaged; Other conditions that affect the acquisition of local thermal imaging information of either hand (such as local makeup); Hand optical photographs, thermal images, joint ultrasound, hematology (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, etc.) results are incomplete.
