Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with CD were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of gastroenterology, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University from January 2016 to January 2021. The diagnosis of CD was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Inflammatory Bowel Disease Collaboration Group of the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, and the following two conditions were met: ? newly diagnosed CD patients; ? Clear awareness, basic reading and writing skills, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with malignant tumors or receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy; ? Patients who had received blood transfusion, iron supplementation within 4 weeks or erythropoietin within 8 weeks before inclusion; (3) Combined with renal insufficiency, liver disease, acute infection or other blood system diseases; Pregnant and lactating women; ? Mental illness and inability to cooperate with this experimenter; ? Patients with incomplete clinical data
