Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III, aged 30-80 years, BMI 16-30 kg/m2, elective laparoscopic hysterectomy, informed and consented to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pain; anatomical abnormalities or infection at the puncture site; allergy to local anesthetic drugs or couplants; Coagulation abnormalities; severe liver, kidney, heart disease; Neurological disorders; long-term use of analgesic drugs; inability to understand and use PCIA; Refusal of nerve blocks or use of postoperative analgesia pumps.
