Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old. 2. Patients with sinus rhythm restored after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. 3. The ST segment of the electrocardiogram recovered to normal levels after coronary heart disease stent surgery. 4. Patients diagnosed with heart failure for the first time are treated with oral medication. 5. Prior to enrollment in the study, written informed consent must be obtained from qualified patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is a pregnant or lactating woman or a woman planning to conceive. 2. The subject has or needs to be implanted with a pacemaker, ICD, CRT, or implantable hemodynamic monitor. 3. The patient has severe liver and kidney dysfunction or any life-threatening serious illness, with an expected life expectancy of less than 1 year. 4. The patient has a history of kidney or heart transplantation. 5. Patients with malignant tumors. 6. Patients who cannot cooperate independently to complete the study.
