Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia for hip arthroplasty age = 60 120 elderly patients were selected, ASA I-III class
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative history of neurological, muscular, and endocrine disorders, psychiatric disorders (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or dementia); (2) History of major cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, and severe impairments in liver function (Child-Pugh class C) and renal function (preoperative dialysis is required); (3) Significant hearing and vision impairments; (4) Severe cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers; (5) History of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesic or psychiatric drugs; (6) History of alcohol dependence and drug abuse; (7) History of head and face disorders (acute soft tissue injury or infection, trigeminal nerve nerve, or other neurologic conditions) (5) history of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesic drugs or psychotropic drugs (6), alcohol dependence and drug addiction, (7) history of head and face diseases (acute soft tissue injury or infection, trigeminal neuralgia, herpes zoster), (8) bleeding tendency or the use of anticoagulant drugs.
