Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of osteoarthropathy requires joint replacement surgery or arthroscopic surgery, and strict conservative treatment is ineffective and requires surgical treatment; 2. Receive surgical treatment; 3. Patients informed and agreed to participate in the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, the patient's clinical data or follow-up data is incomplete; 2. Patients who withdrew or lost follow-up in the middle of the study; 3. Patients with cancer, trigeminal neuralgia, cognitive impairment or similar diseases such as polio that affect the final evaluation of efficacy;
