40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?In line with the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; ?With constipation, and in line with Rome ? diagnostic criteria for constipation; ?Conform to the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of Parkinson's constipation; ?Hoehn-Yahr (modified) grade =5; ? Age 40-80 years old; ? Receive anti-Parkinson drug treatment, dose stability time is not less than 8 weeks; ?Parkinson=6 months and constipation =3 months; ?Not satisfied with current constipation treatment or have not yet received constipation treatment. ? Volunteer to participate in the study, agree to undergo relevant examinations and treatments, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, major depression, hearing impairment and other diseases, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment; ?Patients with severe damage to the functions of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs, or serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and other life-threatening diseases; ?Patients with history of laparotomy or anorectal surgery or organic diseases such as anal tumors, malformations and intestinal obstruction; ?Secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson's syndrome; ?Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; Have received Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupoint embedding, cupping, auricular point and other TCM treatment within 1 month; Patients with acute gastrointestinal disease receiving medication within 1 month; ?Have a history of needle sickness; Allergic constitution or skin and limb defects are not suitable for acupuncture point burying; Patients with coagulation dysfunction or use anticoagulant drugs; ?Lactating or pregnant women; ?Poor compliance of participants, or other reasons do not cooperate with the experimenter.
