Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for stroke survivors: (1) patients diagnosed with cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage by CT or MRI; (2) with a score range of 0 to 95 points. Inclusion criteria for informal caregivers: (1) they had a familial relationship with the person being cared for (parents, spouses, children, or spouses of children) and provided care without charge; (2) age= 18 years old; (3) they had been continuously providing care during the patient's hospitalization for at least 1 week, and would be responsible for most of the patient's care tasks after discharge; (4) they voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for stroke survivors: (1) patients with other acute and critical diseases, such as malignant tumors, ascites, severe trauma, as well as psychiatric diseases like schizophrenia. Exclusion criteria for informal caregivers: (1) presence of physical or mental disorders, such as malignant tumors, severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency, schizophrenia, depression, etc.; (2) individuals with communication disorders, such as aphasia, cognitive impairment, and hearing impairment, who are unable to cooperate with the completion of this study.
