Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the same time satisfy the following requirements: 1: Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes 2: aged =18 years 3: patients positive for Helicobacter pylori infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who did not provide blood samples and clinical data 2: Patients who did not undergo color Doppler ultrasound 3: Patients with a previous diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis 4: Patients who are currently or soon to be enrolled in another clinical study
