Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients underwent surgical resection and were pathologically diagnosed as III-IV glioma patients after surgery; 2) Postoperative routine radiotherapy; 3) After surgery and radiation therapy, routine MRI follow-up was performed, with 2 or more follow-up visits showing new abnormal enhancement lesions; 4) Plan to undergo secondary surgical treatment, obtain surgical specimens and pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) MRI after surgery and before radiotherapy indicates clear enhancement lesions; 2) Those who merge with other malignant tumors and have brain metastasis; 3) Individuals with contraindications to PET/MR examination
