Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA?-?, women with singleton pregnancy (gestational age =37 weeks) undergoing elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA=?, SBP 140mmHg, height 170cm, age 40 years, obesity (body mass index =35kg/m²), patients with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia, allergy to norepinephrine or phenylephrine , gestational hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, placenta previa, rupture of fetal membranes, fetal congenital malformation, and patients participating in other clinical studies

Umbilical artery blood PH;Maternal hemodynamics (hypertension and heart rate) within 15 minutes after spinal anesthesia;
