Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In the past 3 years, the residence is Wuxi, Haidong City, Hualong County and Guoluo Prefecture; (2) Regular menstrual cycle (menstrual period 5-7d, cycle 28±7 days); (3) No vaginal medication and sexual intercourse within 3 days; (4) There was no active vaginal bleeding on the day of sampling; (5) No antibiotics and other antibacterial drugs have been used within 2 months; (6) Bad habits such as smokeless and alcohol, one-sex partners
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Infertile, pregnant, menstruating, menopausal or lactating women; (2) the patient refuses to take samples; (3) Sex hormones such as oral contraceptives or glucocorticoids within 3 months; (4) Patients with vaginal inflammation, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.
