Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients admitted to the hospital for diagnosis of heart failure; (2) Patients admitted to hospital without heart failure but developed heart failure during hospitalization were also included in the study; (3) Agree to participate in clinical trial observation and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who clearly indicate that they cannot cooperate with long-term follow-up; (2) Inability to understand and sign informed consent and follow-up investigators due to mental disorders, language communication difficulties or cognitive dysfunction.
