18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster neuralgia; 2, age =18 years old, male and female; 3. The patient received antiviral treatment before admission, and the pain control was not satisfactory, visual pain analog score (VAS) =4 points; 4, no neurological dysfunction; 5. No absolute contraindications for fire pins and spinal nerve pulse radiofrequency; 6. Able to understand and fill in various rating scales; 7. Sign informed consent voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with acute infection and puncture site injury; Patients with severe heart, lung and renal insufficiency; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or poor coordination; 4. Patients with severe skin lesions of herpes zoster; 5. History of drug use; 6. Patients with mental disorders or those judged by researchers to be unfit to participate in this study; 7. Pregnant women.
