60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-80 years old; (2) ASA grade ?-?; (3) Duration of education =6 years; (4) Patients receiving coronary artery bypass surgery under elective general anesthesia; (5) Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA-B) < 22 points; (2) pre-existing psychological and/or psychiatric illness; (3) have a clear history of stroke; (4) Parkinson's disease, epilepsy history; (5) Brain tumor or previous history of craniocerebral surgery; (6) severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; (7) Impairment of hearing, vision or speech that prevents communication.
