Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) RA classification standards formulated by the American College of Rheumatology/European League against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) in 2010; 2) After CT or color Doppler ultrasound examination, it meets the diagnostic criteria of OA in the Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition); 3) Patients diagnosed with degenerative knee arthritis; 4) The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent exclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune hepatitis, Sjogren's syndrome, multiple sclerosis, etc. 2) Long-term applied hormone drugs and anticoagulant drugs may affect bone metabolism; 3) Combined with endocrine-related diseases may cause abnormal bone metabolism; 4) Patients with tumor lesions and bone tuberculosis; 5) combined with systemic active infection; 6) Depression, mania, schizophrenia and other mental disorders; 7) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and blood system.
