Male
Age
50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >=50 years 2.Male permanent resident 3.The use of drugs for hypertension has not changed in the past four weeks 4.AHI>=15 times/hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI= 40 Kg/m2 2. OSA has been treated 3.Shift work 4.Patients with previous stroke and myocardial infarction 5.Other situations not suitable for CPAP treatment
