Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Senior full-time acupuncture-moxibustion major; ? aged between 18 and 25 years old; ? right handed; ? The subjects agreed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unconsciousness, unable to cooperate with the completion of the project; (2) accompanied by obvious physical discomfort or pain, such as long-term insomnia, tinnitus, dysmenorrhea, headache, etc.; ? with cancer, heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; ? with definite organic lesions or severe brain anatomical asymmetry; 5) alcoholism and long-term drug use; ? pregnant women, lactating women and those with pregnancy intention in the past six months; ? MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia and non-removable metal in the body; ? Those who have practiced Qigong regularly for a long time, or are regular sports of wushu, dance, aerobics, sanda or taekwondo.
