Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgical patients in Jiaxing First Hospital; American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; who underwent general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; Sex and weight are not limited; age 18-75 years old; Catheter placement before operation; No difficulty in airway; Patients with informed consent and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People under 18 years old or over 75 years old; ASA grade is greater than grade iii; Those who perform stomach surgery; People with difficult airway; Those who affect the determination of intra-abdominal pressure, such as intestinal obstruction, abdominal packing or neurogenic bladder; Unable to cooperate with patients who take a 45-degree semi-sitting position; Pregnant women, children, mental patients, people who can't communicate normally; The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
