50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pain caused by herpes zoster invading the thoracic nerve; 2. The duration of pain after eruption was less than 2 weeks; 3. Moderate to severe pain; 4. Age of 50 years old and above; 5. Patients with complete data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immune dysfunction; 2. MELD score>30, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. coagulation disorders 4. Cognitive impairment; 5. Adding analgesics and pregnant/lactating patients.
