Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old; 2) The time from onset to randomization is within 24h; 3) According to clinical symptoms or imaging examination, it was initially judged to be anterior circulation great vascular occlusive stroke; 4) NIHSS score > 5 points; 5) ASPECTS score [20] =5 points; 6) CTA/ MRA/ DSA confirmed the occlusion of intracranial segment of internal carotid artery and M1 and M2 segment of middle cerebral artery, and decided to perform endovascular therapy; 7) Written informed consent signed by the patient or family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Skull computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) confirmed intracranial hemorrhage; 2) Patients with unvascularized blood vessels after thrombolysis/thrombolysis and failure of reperfusion; 3) mRS Score =2 before onset; 4) Pregnant patients, positive pregnancy test and lactating patients; 5) Patients with autoimmune diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, and those who have taken immunomodulatory drugs; 6) Had taken antibiotics for lung infection and cold within a month before the stroke; 7) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 8) Patients with chronic hemodialysis and severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate 220µmol/L (2.5mg/dl)); 9) Brain tumors and tumors of other tissues and organs of the body with space occupying effect on imaging; 10) Patients with systemic infectious diseases, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 11) Patients with mental illness and mental disorders; 12) Patients who do not comply with study procedures due to alcohol abuse, drug dependence, non-compliance with medical advice, or other reasons, and patients who are not expected to complete follow-up.
