Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? will undergo elective major abdominal surgery ? =65 years old ? ASA:?-? ? had a CT scan performed within 14days of elective surgery ? alert and oriented ?Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with ?Lower limb amputation, paraplegia or? Muscle-related disorders (such as myasthenia gravis, inflammatory myopathy, trauma, etc.) or? Lumbar spine-related diseases or? Severe mental illness
