Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patients who were diagnosed with subacromial impingement syndrome by clinical evaluation and imaging examination, accorded to the diagnostic criteria of ICD11, Age 18-65 years old ? Duration of disease =3 months ? Unilateral disease ? can be combined with treatment ? Sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Osteoporosis, severe and above ? Cleard indications for surgery ? Complicated with nerve injury ? Periarthritis of shoulder (frozen shoulder), perishoulder tumor or perishoulder fracture ? History of shoulder joint surgery or endoplant ? History of shoulder joint cavity drug injection within 1 month
