Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SAP inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2020 to 2022 who meet the SAP definition in the 2012 Atlanta Classification Standard for acute pancreatitis; 2. The time of receiving pancreatic surgery was within 1 week of the onset of the disease; 3. Age 18-60. Control inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received pancreatic surgery for benign or malignant pancreatic tumors in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2010 to 2022; 2. Age 18-60.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pancreatitis 2. Pregnancy/long-term oral contraceptives, glucocorticoids. 3. Incomplete clinical dat
