Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Aged 20-60 years old, gender not limited; 4. The study was approved by the ethics committee, and patients and their families signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Change surgical methods; 3. Intraoperative hemodynamic fluctuations; 4. Chronic painful disease previous medical history; 5. There was a history of allergy to the related drugs in this experiment; 6. Severe mental illness; 7. Acupuncture site infection; 8. Coagulopathy or bleeding tendency during menstruation.
