18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients of both sexes, aged 18-70 years, undergoing first elective laparoscopic hepatectomy. ?ASA I-II. ?Child-Pugh A/B. ? No accompanying other major surgical procedures, such as intestinal, biliary and pancreatic resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel ? level and above (hypertension, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction). ?Patients with abnormal liver, kidney, lung and endocrine function ?any unstable condition that may endanger the safety and compliance of patients.
