Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select all age groups admitted in our unit and cooperative medical institutions since 2020, patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who have been treated with insulin injection (at least once a day) or insulin pump for at least two years, or patients who have been diagnosed with subcutaneous fat hyperplasia at the insulin injection site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists or systemic glucocorticoids, or patients with non-adipose dystrophic dermatosis extending to the insulin injection site, were excluded
