Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases established by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2015, and has been confirmed by CT or MRI examination; (2) Patients with stable vital signs, first onset, and course of disease exceeding 1 month; (3) Age 18-80 years old; (4) Standing balance function level II or above; (5) Cognitive function MMSE = 24 points, able to understand and cooperate in completing training tasks; (6) Patients who have been informed and agreed to participate in the trial through promotion and mobilization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is balance dysfunction before the onset of stroke; (2) Patients with severe comorbidities such as heart, liver, kidney, and brain failure; (3) Patients with cognitive or mental disorders; (4) Individuals who are unable to cooperate in completing training (including blindness, deafness, and severe language impairment)
