18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18 to 80 years with surgical NSCLC; 2. patients with suspected lung cancer on radiologic examination and those who will undergo curative surgery; 3. patients with lung cancer suspected to be staged as stage II~IIIa by histologic and/or cytologic examination; 4. patients who can be treated with radical surgery; 5. patients' informed consent is obtained after they are informed about the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of malignant tumor within the last 5 years; 2. multiple primary lung cancers that cannot be completely resected; 3. pathology of frozen sections or paraffin sections confirming that the tumor is not NSCLC; 4. pathologic staging of Stage IIIb and later; 5. the blood sample is substandard or unavailable; 6. refusal to sign the informed consent form; 7. those whom the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment.
