Interventions

PICSI procedure:the oocytes will be placed into a PICSI petri dish (whose bottom is coated with hyaluronic acid) and the mature spermatozoa that are attached to the bottom of the dish will be injecte
ICSI procedure: the oocytes will be placed into the standard ICSI petri dish and they will be injected with sperm with normal morphology.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male inclusion criteria 1) sperm DFI >30%); 2)Males with OAT (oligo astheno terto zoospermia) and at least one million progressive motile sperm 3)Males aged 22-45 female inclusion criteria 1)Females aged 20-40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: male exclusion criteria 1) Obstructive factors of vas deferens and clinical varicocele; 2) Chromosome karyotype abnormalities, Y chromosome microdeletions; 3) Special types of abnormal sperm diseases such as round headed sperm disease and large headed multitailed sperm disease; 4) Severe systemic diseases, long-term drug exposure, and special environmental exposure female exclusion criteria 1) Sperm or egg donation or PGT cycle; 2) There are endometrial factors that affect embryo implantation, such as hydrosalpinx, adenomyosis, or uterine malformations.
